1.2 Candidate refers to individuals seeking job placements through LucidHR.
1.3 Platform refers to LucidHR’s digital interface, including its website, web portal, and mobile applications.
1.4 User includes Clients, Candidates, and any other party using our services.
LucidHR offers HR solutions focused on:

3.2 Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to work.
3.3 Use of the platform requires acceptance of these Terms and compliance with applicable laws.
4.1 Clients and Candidates must provide accurate, complete, and updated information when creating an account.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4.3 Unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.

10.2 Final hiring decisions are the sole responsibility of the Client.
10.3 LucidHR does not guarantee candidate performance or retention.
11.1 Online courses provided to selected candidates are non-transferable.
11.2 Training content may be updated without notice to ensure industry relevance.
12.1 Clients on the Standard and Custom Plans receive LucidHR onboarding and retention process manuals.
12.2 Manuals are for internal use and may not be resold or shared externally.
13.1 Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.
13.2 Provide accurate job descriptions and screening criteria.
13.3 Maintain confidentiality of candidate data.
14.1 Submit truthful and complete information.
14.2 Attend scheduled interviews and assessments.
14.3 Use training materials for personal development only.
15.1 Both parties agree to keep proprietary information confidential.
15.2 Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of services.
16.1 Users may cancel subscriptions at any time, subject to billing cycle policies.
16.2 LucidHR may suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms or fraudulent activity.
17.1 Parties agree to resolve disputes through negotiation or mediation before seeking legal remedies.

18.1 LucidHR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
18.2 Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the service within the last 6 months.

20.2 If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
20.3 We may modify these Terms at any time with reasonable notice.
